Accessible Seating 
For our guests with special needs, a Guest Services Representative will be available at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats; get refreshments for them or whatever else they may require. Please contact one of these team members should you require their services.  There are accessible parking spaces on-site.

Wheelchair/Mobility Impaired locations/spaces for the guests with disabilities are located in the following sections (availability may vary):

Disabled seating is available for all events in all price levels at the Philips Arena. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster (phones, and internet and outlets) or here at the arena box office, specifically requesting disabled seating.
 

Announcements
For a donation of $50, a birthday, anniversary or welcome message will run on the jumbo video board and smaller matrix boards during the second intermission. A general public address announcement for all of the night's birthdays, anniversaries and welcomes will coincide with the message running, but no individual messages will be read.

Autographs 
If you live in the Atlanta area, a good place to get player autographs is at the Thrashers practice facility, The IceForum, in Duluth, Ga. After practice, many players often stay and sign things.

Box Office Hours
The Philips Arena box office is open Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 5:00 PM. On game days the Box Office will remain open until the completion of the second period.

Building Policies
For the safety of our players and guests, the following items cannot be brought into Philips Arena, including but not limited to: video cameras, tape recording equipment, flash photography, alcoholic beverages, bottles and cans, luggage, backpacks or any large bags. Philips Arena cannot store any bags during the event. All bags and purses brought into the Philips Arena are subject to search.

Children Tickets
All children who have reached 24 months of age and over require a ticket for admission to any Philips Arena ticketed event. Children who have not yet reached their 2nd birthday may enter without a ticket provided they sit on the lap of an adult patron. 

Credit Cards 
Philips Arena honors Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard at the arena box office.

With your assistance and compliance (and as a means of creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests), Philips Arena is committed to providing an environment free from the following:

• Abusive or foul language and obscene gestures directed toward other guests, arena employees, players, coaches and officials.
• Clothing containing offensive language or indecent graphics.
• Intoxicated or drug impaired guests.
• Banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, obscure advertising or impede the operation of Philips Arena, contain objectionable subject matter or are commercial in nature. Philips Arena reserves the right to remove any banner at any time.
• Smoking, except in designated areas (located on the outside of the arena).
• Thrown objects, either within the seating section or onto the basketball court, ice or event performance area.
• Prohibited entry items such as containers, food & beverage, airhorns, weapons and laser pointers. Cameras, video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited when posted for certain events.
• Guests entering or attempting to enter restricted areas without proper authorization or credentials.
• Guests who are disruptive to the event presentation, performance or game.
  
  Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact the Philips Arena Guest Service Staff immediately.
  
  Guests not abiding by this Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from Philips Arena and, in some cases, subject to criminal prosecution.  A copy of this Guest Code of Conduct may be obtained from the Guest Service Center or by calling 1-866-715-1500.

Practice Facility 
Thrashers practices are held at the team's practice facility in Duluth, Ga. (about 25 miles north of downtown Atlanta). These practices are open to the public. If you plan on attending a practice, please check the website because due to the changing nature of the team's schedule, practice times are often changed with little notice.

Projectiles
In order to protect the players the NHL prohibits the throwing of items onto the ice surface. Incidents may result in the Thrashers being assessed a two-minute penalty and offenders will be escorted from the building.

Re-entry Policy

Selling Tickets / Scalping 
Under applicable Georgia state law and City of Atlanta regulations, it shall be unlawful for any person other than a ticket broker to resell or offer for resale any ticket for any price within 2,700 feet of Philips Arena. Persons found to involved in such transactions may be removed from the premises, prosecuted, and/or lose the right to purchase tickets for the Thrashers in the future. In addition, the tickets may not be used for advertising or promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes. 

Smoking Policy
Philips Arena is a non-smoking facility. However, there are areas throughout the arena where you can receive a pass to access an outside, designated smoking area.

Wedding Proposals 
For a donation of $500 to The Atlanta Thrashers Foundation, the team will put together a very special wedding package including: a public address announcement for the special couple, messages on both the video board and matrix board and a shot of the couple together. Proposals will take place during a 90-second television timeout in most cases, and requests must be confirmed through the Manager of Game Day Operations for availability. 50/50 Raffle

Interested in winning a little cash the next time you’re at a Thrasher’s game?? Play the 50/50 Raffle! At each home game this season, the Thrashers Foundation will be hosting a 50/50 Raffle to benefit the Foundation and local partner charities. Tickets are sold on the concourse of Philips Arena from the time the doors open until the end of the first intermission. Tickets are one ticket for $3/two for $5/five for $10. The winning number is announced during the third period and entitles the holder to half of the funds collected that night! So the more tickets you buy, the better your chances to win! The proceeds from the 50/50 Raffle benefit the Thrashers Foundation and the nightly partner charity, so everyone’s a winner!
