Senior Director of Radio Operations / Radio Play-by-Play Announcer

Entering his tenth season and eleventh year with the team, Dan Kamal is the play-by-play voice for all Thrashers radio broadcasts and oversees radio operations for the Thrashers, including the team’s radio network.
 
As Senior Director of Radio Operations, he is responsible for programming, production and distribution of Thrashers broadcasts for the radio network, which includes flagship station WCNN AM-680 "The Fan" and affiliates in Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina. In addition to his radio duties, Kamal is a regular contributor to the team's official web site, providing editorial and video content.
